Job Description

This position involves receiving, sorting, distributing, and processing mail and packages efficiently to ensure timely delivery to internal recipients or external customers.

• Receive incoming mail, packages, and deliveries from postal services, couriers, and other sources.
• Sort mail based on predetermined criteria, such as recipient department or location, and distribute to appropriate individuals or departments.
• Process outgoing mail, including weighing, stamping, and labeling, and ensure proper postage and packaging
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail, including tracking numbers, delivery dates, and recipient information.
• Update mail logs, databases, or tracking systems to track mail volume, distribution patterns, and delivery status.
• Prepare reports on mailroom activities, including mail volume, delivery statistics, and postage expenses.
